These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ResuMatch ("Service"), operated by Tabish Riaz Bajwa as an individual ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ResuMatch lets you upload a resume and a job description and generates a tailored version of your resume (and optionally a cover letter) using rule-based logic and/or third-party AI providers.
You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
Free tier usage is limited to a set number of AI generations per month. Paid tiers (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
You may not use the Service to upload unlawful content, attempt to abuse or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, or resell access without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors — always review your tailored resume before submitting it to an employer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
