Account information: your name, email address, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
Content you provide: the resume and job description text/files you upload for tailoring. These are processed to generate your tailored resume and are not sold or used for advertising.
Usage data: how many AI generations you've used, to enforce your plan's monthly quota.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, enforce usage limits, process payments (via Paddle), and communicate with you about your account.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following processors: Google (authentication), an AI provider (to generate tailored resume text from the content you submit), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), and Paddle (payments, for paid plans). Each has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Advertising & Cookies

We use Google AdSense for a labeled advertisement alongside public editorial content. We do not place ad units in generated resumes, loading overlays, account pages, or checkout screens. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, subject to applicable consent requirements. Authentication uses cookies to maintain your session, and your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Resume and job description text are not supplied as advertising targeting parameters.

6. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (TLS) connections and stored in a managed Postgres database. Access to production data is restricted to the operator of this Service.
